Baking process for powder coating

The last element of the powder coating technology is the baking when the cross-linking of powder coating takes place; it flattens out and fully adheres to the workpiece.

The workpieces of proper number are placed in the baking oven, where the baking of the powder coating takes place.
The baking parameters are usually 170 °C x 15-17 minutes or 180 °C x 12-13 minutes.

We regularly check the uniform heat distribution of our ovens, and document it in accordance with the Qualicoat specifications.
